About the Author
Ron Lanzo Sr. is a consummate sales professional with five decades of sales experience. He began his career with XEROX in New York City, holding a variety of positions in the sales at the Midtown Branch. A multi-year Presidents Club winner upon leaving XEROX he joined STEELCASE where he was a district manager for the dealer market in Connecticut. Ron then founded his own manufacturer’s rep group, The Lanzo Group, which represented many prestigious designer lines including, Brickel/Ward Bennett, Stendig, JG Furniture Systems and Harry Lundstead Designs.
Most recently, Ron was the National Account Manager for American Furniture Rentals, Inc, and also managed the Baltimore office for U.S. Business Interiors. He’s handled a wide variety of customers and accounts both commercial and government. He completed both retail and rental projects within the modular construction and trailer industries as well as The U.S. Department of Justice, The Secret Service, The United Nations General Assembly. Many corporate HQ’s successful installations at TEXACO and REVLON.
Throughout his career, he’s been focused on a mission of lifelong learning and continued sales training focusing on consultative selling and of course networking for better relationship building.
Ron received his MBA from The University of Bridgeport. He and his wife Linda live along with their daughter Erica, her husband Chris and their two daughters Alexis and Lyla in Fairfield Connecticut.
